At the special request  of the customer, our finished products can be delivered in big bags, octabins or by silo transporter. 

High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) granules

High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) is a polyethylene thermoplastic made from petroleum, its recycling code is 2. We are into the process of recycled HDPE plastic granules dealing from many years with huge industry experience of our team and mentor.

HDPE plastic has several properties that make it ideal as a packaging and manufacturing product. It as stronger than standard polyethylene, acts as an effective barrier against moisture and remains solid at room temperature. It resists insects, rot and other chemicals.
HDPE melting point more than 20°C (36°F) higher than LDPE, it can withstand repeated exposure to 120°C (250°F) so that it can be sterilized.
Good impact resistance, light weight, very low moisture absorption, and high tensile strength.
Good chemical resistance and high rigidity make it a good choice for trays and tanks.

Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) Granules

Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) is a thermoplastic made from the monomer ethylene, It was the first grade of polyethylene (recycling number 4).LDPE continues to be an important plastic grade#4. In 2013 the worldwide LDPE market reached a volume of about US$33 billion.LDPE has more branching (on about 2% of the carbon atoms) than HDPE, so its intermolecular forces (instantaneous-dipole induced-dipole attraction) are weaker, its tensile strength is lower, and its resilience is higher. Also, because its molecules are less tightly packed and less crystalline due to the side branches, its density is lower.


LDPE is widely used for manufacturing various containers, dispensing bottles, wash bottles, tubing, plastic bags for computer components, and various molded laboratory equipment. Its most common use is in plastic bags.
